Excerpt from the minutes of the IBGA Executive Committee meeting held February 2008 at Riverwood High School -

A motion was made to the Executive Committee and seconded to open a commercial bank account with SunTrust Bank in the name of IBGA to accept deposits of school and community donation and pay expenses to facilitate the growth of the Association of IB World Schools of Georgia, under the guidance of IB North America.  It was further decided by the Executive Committee that the authorized signers for said account will be Nancy B. Tuomi, IBGA President, and Jonathan D. Bradley, Treasurer of IBGA.

A vote was taken and the motion passed unanimously.

IBGA is in the process of filing as a non-profit, tax exempt under IRC Section 501 (c) (3) and is to forward all documentation to SunTrust when completed and tax ID number is issued.
